Hi, I'm Nick Taylor

I'm a software engineer and engineering leader based in Lenexa, KS. My work touches full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI, lately with a heavy lean toward agentic systems and the kind of internal tooling that actually moves the needle for a business.

I've built multiple businesses from the ground up, scaled engineering orgs, and spent time as a lead AI engineer helping large companies figure out what AI-native development actually looks like in practice. I've shipped products that hit real revenue milestones and built tools that hundreds of people open every day.

I like working across the whole stack, whether that's cloud infrastructure and data pipelines or the frontend someone has to look at and use.
